Dear Families and Friends,

Responders and survivors of the attacks on the World Trade Center now have a new source of help in the process of applying for the medical and mental health coverage provided under the James Zadroga Law.  Voices of September 11th has created a Call Center to answer questions about the World Trade Center Health Program and to provide assistance in the application process.

VOICES staff members will answer questions about the program itself and the conditions for eligibility and then assist the callers in completing the forms. The completed forms will be sent to the caller via email or regular mail.  The signed forms would then be sent by the applicant to the processing center.

The Voices of September 11th Call Center will be operational Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm EST.  Messages left during non-business hours will be responded to on the next business day.

Those with questions are encouraged to call and discuss their  concerns with VOICES staff members.

Sincerely,

Mary Fetchet & the VOICES Staff
