Dear Families and Friends,

Today marks the 18th anniversary of the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City.  As families and friends gather together on this solemn occasion, we join them in remembering the 168 who perished and the 680 who were injured.

We will always be grateful to the Oklahoma City families and survivors who offered their friendship and support in the aftermath of 9/11.  Thanks to Anthony Gardner and the WTC United Family Group, for many years they attended our commemorative luncheon on September 11th.

This year we visited Oklahoma City and spent time at their beautiful memorial and museum.  It was a very moving experience and reinforced the strong connections our families have.  If you haven't visited the memorial, I encourage you to visit their website. www.oklahomacitynationalmemorial.org

Please join us for a moment of silence at 9:02am central time.

Sincerely,

Mary Fetchet & the VOICES Staff
