Dear Families and Friends,

We are writing to remind you that oral arguments in the lawsuit against Saudi Arabia will take place this Thursday, January 18 at 10:00am in New York City. We encourage those who are able to attend to do so, as your presence shows the courts that those of us who lost loved ones on 9/11 are still actively united in our attempt to hold accountable all those who participated in the attacks.

If you are able to attend, please arrive early and bring government-issued identification (such as a driver's license). Allow enough time to plan for long security lines both entering the courthouse and the courtroom. The Court will begin seating the public at 9:40, and has advised that additional overflow space will be made available.

Below are the details for the hearing.
