John F. Lehman
Moderator of the Unfinished Agenda
Second Public Hearing on Challenges Facing the DNI

John Lehman is a former member of the 9/11 Commission and current member of the 9/11 Public Discourse Project. Lehman has a long and distinguished public service career, having served as Secretary of the Navy under President Reagan, and National Security Council staff member for Henry Kissinger. He is currently the chairman of several boards, including J.F. Lehman & Company, a private equity investment firm. Lehman was a strong advocate for the creation of a Director of National

Intelligence, and on Monday, he will moderate a discussion on the challenges facing the new DNI. We thank John for his dedicated service to the country and to our families.
