We have been asked by Karen Loftus of the Office of the Chief Prosecutor of Military Commissions to forward to you a series of emails about the upcoming trials in Guantanamo Bay.
The first letter is to inform you that Bruce MacDonald, the Convening Authority for Military Commissions, has referred to a military commission charges against five detainees for their alleged involvements in the 9/11 attacks. To read this letter, click here.
