Dear Families and Friends,


In the aftermath of the attack on the Capital building, we heard from many of you regarding your concerns about social unrest resulting in violence and destruction in advance of the inauguration. The fear and anxiety felt by so many, comes at a time of the ongoing surge of the pandemic.


In an effort to provide suggestions on how to support yourself, and one another during these uncertain times, we created Tip Sheets Following Traumatic Events. The Tip Sheets are intended to provide guidance to promote healing and resilience. Those that might be of particular interest to our membership include:

In addition, VOICES is hosting a series of Support Groups to provide peer-to-peer support during this time. The Peer Support Groups are free of charge, but registration is required. Space is limited.
