VOICES 2021 Survey – We appreciate your response!

As we plan for the year ahead, we are conducting this brief survey to assess the information and services that would be helpful to you and your family and the community we serve – those impacted by 9/11 and other tragedies, service providers, our supporters and others. Your responses will help identify your priorities related to mental health and wellness, and programs to help promote resilience during the pandemic and social and civil unrest.

In addition, your responses will help us evaluate the evolving needs of the 9/11 community as we approach the important milestone of the 20th Anniversary this September.

Your responses are confidential and will help shape our programs and services. The survey will take approximately five minutes to complete. Please reply by Tuesday, February 9th.

Our staff is always available if you need our support. Feel free to contact our office at 203-966-3911 or by email at

Thank you in advance for your participation!
