Dear Families and Friends,

All of us at VOICES would like to wish you a happy and gratitude-filled Thanksgiving. While the turmoil in the world may be overwhelming, it also brings to light the importance of acknowledging all in our lives that we hold dear.

For over 22 years, we have witnessed firsthand the perseverance and resilience of our community. It is your strength and determination that inspires us to forge ahead with our important work.

At this time of year, we count each of YOU among our many blessings. We are grateful for the generosity of the many individuals who continue to support our programs. We are also grateful for our partners – the volunteers and organizations that help promote resilience in the lives of those we serve.

To all who have traveled this journey with us – Thank You!

Wishing you and your family a happy and healthy holiday,

Mary Fetchet and the VOICES Family

“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.”
-- Melody Beattie
VOICES Gratitude and Appreciation Tip Sheet offers helpful ideas about how to incorporate the practice of gratitude into your daily life and Thanksgiving gatherings.

Take a few minutes to pause and refresh with VOICES Mindful Moment facilitated by Meg Rooney. The theme for the month of November is "Breathing Into Gratitude."
