Join us for a virtual presentation with Dr. Ken Druck about his recently released, best-selling book, How We Go On: Self-Compassion, Courage and Gratitude on the Path Forward. Ken will discuss how we go on after the loss of a loved one during the holiday season. Summoning the strength, courage, understanding, humility, wisdom, and faith to navigate life’s darkest and most difficult “what now?” moments, Ken will show us how to clear the path forward.

At this especially challenging time of year, we can stay ahead of the pain curve by fine-tuning and upgrading our Operating Systems, replacing self-criticism, self-condemnation and hopelessness with kindness, self-compassion, support, encouragement, and gratitude. Ken will remind us to take our foot off our throat and place our hand on our heart.

Ken Druck's personal journey after the death of his 21-year-old daughter, Jenna, and his work on the front lines with bereaved families over the past thirty years, have led him to discover how we go on from life's worst losses, uncover the secrets of resilience, clear the path forward and write new chapters of life.
