Join us on Wednesday, April 10th for our inaugural Building Bridges Luncheon, honoring Bob Woodruff, Emmy Award-Winning Journalist and ABC News Anchor.
 
VOICES Building Bridges Award honors individuals who are making a difference in the lives of others. This year we recognize Bob for the fortitude he demonstrated after suffering a traumatic brain injury, and his subsequent resolve to improve the lives of others. In 2006, Bob was reporting in Iraq during the Gulf War when his armored vehicle was hit by an IED. Since then, Bob and his wife Lee have written about their family’s long road to recovery while also establishing the Bob Woodruff Foundation to support veterans returning from the battlefield.
 
VOICES is honored to present Bob Woodruff with the 2024 Building Bridges Award for his strength and determination in the face of great adversity which reflects our vision to promote resilience in the aftermath of traumatic events.
Broadway Star Ali Ewoldt to Perform!
The luncheon will include a special musical performance by renowned soprano, Ali Ewoldt. Ali made her Broadway debut as Cosette in the 2006 revival of Les Misérables. Other notable Broadway performances include the lead in The Phantom of The Opera, The King and I, Westside Story, and many other roles.

Voices Center for Resilience assists communities in preparing for and recovering from tragedy, and provides long-term support and resources that promote mental health care and wellness, for victims' families, responders and survivors.
