Voices Center for Resilience

Dear Friends,

I hope you are enjoying the fall weather.

With the change in seasons, we are offering programs during the month of November and December to help guide you as the holidays approach. This time of year can be especially difficult for those who have lost a loved one - recently or long ago. The weight of our personal loss can sometimes feel unbearable when the world around us is celebrating.

VOICES presentations will provide practical tips to support your health and happiness in the midst of the expectations of the season. Together, we will explore strategies to embrace our memories and tap into our inner strengths to find serenity and joy during the holidays.

We hope you will join us!

With warm regards,
Mary Fetchet & the VOICES Team

Once Thanksgiving is over, a new rush of demands could emerge as we near the end of the calendar year.

How would you like to not only survive the holiday season, but thrive and connect to your particular observance in a deeper and more profound way? This seminar will focus on practical tips and antidotes to support your health and happiness despite the expectations of the season. Learn More.
