Voices Newsletter

Dear Families and Friends,

As Independence Day approaches, we hope you are taking time to relax and enjoy the holiday!

Registration is now open for VOICES 2024 NYC Symposium to be held on September 9 and 10 at the Marriott Downtown Hotel in New York City. Once again, our flagship event includes presentations by world-renowned, subject-matter experts who will share their professional experience. Mark your calendars and plan to join us in person or online.

This month we are launching a year-long VOICES Preparedness Awareness Initiative to promote preparedness. With the holiday and summer activities in mind, we have included a link to FEMA’s Summer Safety Tips along with the National Safety Council’s Guide to prevent firework-related injuries.

In preparation for the 23rd Anniversary of 9/11, VOICES is hosting Our Voices Together – A 9/11 Community Virtual Gathering on Wednesdays, August 28 and September 18. The support groups provide the opportunity for family members, responders, survivors and families of those impacted by 9/11-related illness to gather virtually, both before and after the anniversary.

We wish you a safe and celebratory 4th of July. As always, please contact our office if we can be of assistance.

With warm regards,
Mary Fetchet & the VOICES Team
