The program is held in collaboration with the Leadership in Counterterrorism Alumni Association (LinCT-AA), the International Network Supporting Victims of Terrorism and Mass Violence (INVICTM), and NYPD Shield. The Symposium brings together international professionals working in law enforcement, counterterrorism, emergency management, corporate security, and victim-support agencies.
