As we approach this historic 25th Anniversary of 9/11, we are reminded that the passage of time has not diminished the needs of those who continue to live with its lasting impact. Demand for our services has grown significantly, and the individuals and families who turn to VOICES are relying on us now more than ever.

Support Services
From 9/11 to today, VOICES provides long-term services and continuity of care for thousands of victims’ families, survivors, and responders, including individual assessments, referrals, and virtual support groups. This year, over 3,000 new individuals have reached out, asking for support.
Webinars
VOICES hosts monthly psycho-educational webinars led by our experienced staff and subject matter experts. Topics include presentations on grief and loss, mental health and wellness, suicide prevention, and promoting recovery and resilience. In 2025, VOICES hosted 20+ webinars for 6,000+ registrants.

Commemoration
VOICES 9/11 Living Memorial commemorates the 2,977 lives lost through a collection of 87,000+ photographs contributed by their families and documents the stories of responders and survivors. The Living Memorial is also an integral part of the In Memoriam exhibit at the 9/11 Memorial Museum.
Annual Symposium
For 24 years VOICES has hosted its Annual Symposium in New York City on September 9th and 10th. This year 1,100+ attended in person and online from 27 states and 11 countries. The milestone of the 25th Anniversary will dramatically increase the participation of those living in the US and abroad.

Voices Center for Resilience assists communities in preparing for and recovering from tragedy, and provides long-term support and resources that promote mental health care and wellness, for victims' families, responders and survivors.
