Join us next Wednesday, March 25th at 7:00pm as Ali W. Rothrock helps us define, process and cope with Survivor's Guilt.

After a traumatic event, many people experience survivor’s guilt – a common human response in which those who lived through a tragedy may struggle with feelings of distress or guilt because others lost their lives or were more seriously harmed. Even though they are not responsible, survivors may question why they were spared, feel they didn’t “deserve” to survive, or believe they should have done more to help others.

These feelings can arise after many kinds of traumatic experiences, including war, natural disasters, and mass tragedies such as 9/11, fires, or shootings. Understanding survivor's guilt can be an important step toward healing.

Join us for this important webinar as we explore what survivor’s guilt is, why it occurs, and ways individuals can begin to recognize, navigate and cope with these difficult emotions.
